Corporate Strategy Lead

We are looking for a forward-thinking Corporate Strategy Lead to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and guide the long-term direction of the company. This role will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders to define growth priorities, assess new opportunities, and shape the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of corporate strategy, annual operating plans, and long-term vision.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform decision-making.

- Evaluate and execute new business opportunities including partnerships, M&A, and international expansion.

- Build data-driven models to assess strategic investments, profitability, and ROI.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, finance, and operations to align strategy with execution.

- Support creation of board presentations, investor decks, and key strategic documents.

- Define KPIs to measure success of strategic initiatives and provide ongoing reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.

- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
