- Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team based out of Bengaluru.
- Reporting to the Director (based out of Bengaluru).
- Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the organization.
- Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
- Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates / organisations.
- Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involved in domestic and international travel & MICE.
- Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience of 4-8 years in the Business Development / Sales Managers role handling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in the Hospitality industry that influence the company.
- Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance.
- Familiarity with management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technically strong and updated in CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process
