Corporate Relationship Manager - Loan/Credit Products

Corporate Relationship Manager PCFC / WCTL (Large Corporates)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and acquire new large corporate clients for loan and credit facilities.

- Evaluate client requirements, collect KYC documents, and analyze financial statements.

- Promote and manage a wide range of corporate banking products including OD, TL, WCDL, PCFC, LC, BG, and Bills Discounting (Sales, Purchase & Export).

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing seamless account servicing and solutions.

- Monitor portfolio performance, follow up for repayments/recoveries, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing from sourcing to disbursal.

- Deliver superior client satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs within defined TATs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/CA/Finance Graduate with strong knowledge of corporate banking products.

- 4 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Relationship Management / Large Corporate Lending.

- Exposure to PCFC, WCTL, and other working capital financing products is a must.

- Strong financial analysis, communication, and client engagement skills.

- Ability to drive business growth while ensuring portfolio quality.
