Corporate Planning Manager

Job Summary

- We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Corporate Planning Manager to drive the companys strategic planning, business analysis, and performance monitoring.

- The role will work closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with execution, provide market insights, and support long-term growth initiatives.

- Lead the corporate planning process, including annual budgets, business plans, and long-term strategies.

- Analyze financial and operational performance, highlighting trends and improvement areas.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to guide strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with business unit heads to align departmental strategies with overall corporate goals.

- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

- Support M&A, partnerships, and investment evaluations through financial modeling and due diligence.

- Identify business risks, opportunities, and develop action plans.

- Monitor KPIs and corporate performance metrics, ensuring accountability and transparency.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives for efficiency, profitability, and growth.

- Proven experience in corporate planning, strategy, FP&A, or management consulting.

- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
