
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all corporate litigation matters, including civil, commercial, contractual, and regulatory disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective dispute resolution, minimizing legal risks and protecting the companys interests.
- Coordinate and supervise external counsels and legal consultants for litigation cases and arbitration proceedings.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on litigation risks and contract disputes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, arbitration rulings, and contractual obligations.
- Manage high-value and complex litigation matters with a focus on minimizing financial and reputational impact.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, arbitration forums, and other legal proceedings as needed.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to litigation and dispute resolution.
- Maintain a robust litigation tracker and ensure timely reporting of case progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align litigation strategy with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- LL.B (Mandatory)
- LL.M (Preferred)
Experience:
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in litigation management.
- Prior experience in building materials, cement, steel, heavy manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record handling high-stakes litigation and complex dispute resolution cases.
