About the Role:
A reputed Steel Manufacturing Group is seeking a Corporate HR Head to lead and transform its HR function across multiple business units. The role requires a forward-looking HR leader who can drive large-scale change management initiatives, enable workforce transformation, and strengthen a performance-driven culture.
Change & Transformation Leadership:
- Lead HR transformation initiatives and support organizational restructuring.
- Partner with business leaders to manage change across plants & corporate offices.
- Drive workforce agility and cultural alignment during expansion/growth phases.
Strategic HR & Talent Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development & high-potential programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion engagement strategies to improve morale and retention.
- Reinforce company values and build a strong organizational culture.
Talent Acquisition & C&B:
- Drive recruitment for technical, functional & leadership roles.
- Design competitive C&B frameworks, incentives & retention programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Lead HR digitalization and HRMS-driven decision-making.
- Manage Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and employee relations across plants..
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 15 - 20 years of HR leadership, with 5+ years in a senior corporate HR role.
- Strong exposure to Change Management, Plant HR & Multi-unit operations.
- Industry preference: Steel, Metals, Heavy Engineering, Automobile.
- Proven record in driving HR transformation and managing organizational change.
