Role and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and providing tailored solutions.
Gifting Strategy & Consultation: Develop and present customized Ayurvedic and wellness-inspired corporate gifting solutions to clients.
Product Curation: Collaborate with designers and procurement teams to curate unique, high-quality gift sets aligned with corporate values and Ayurvedic principles.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new corporate clients, generate leads, and drive revenue growth for the corporate gifting segment.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, artisans, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of corporate gifts.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable packaging, and innovative gifting ideas to enhance the product offerings.
Brand Representation: Conduct presentations, meetings, and events to showcase Prakritik Lifestyles gifting solutions and establish the brand as a preferred corporate gifting partner.
Order & Inventory Management: Oversee the gifting inventory, ensuring product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate gifting, business development, or sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury, sustainable, or Ayurveda-based gifting trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and logistics.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or key account management is preferred.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and Ayurveda-inspired products is an added advantage.
Education:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Additional certifications in luxury brand management, corporate sales, or sustainability would be beneficial.
