
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Corporate Compliance function for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with corporate, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements applicable to the infrastructure sector.
- Provide strategic guidance on compliance risks, new regulations, and ensure timely implementation.
- Drive compliance across HR laws, ESG/EHS, Trade Laws, GST, FEMA, Industrial & Labour Laws.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to mitigate risks.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the Board.
- Lead and oversee compliance software implementation to digitize and streamline compliance processes.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external advisors.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: CS + LLB (mandatory).
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, preferably in infrastructure, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial sectors.
- Exposure to: HR, ESG/EHS, Trade Laws, GST, FEMA, Industrial & Labour Laws.
- Experience in compliance software implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to partner .
