Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking talented and driven legal professionals to join our Corporate M&A/General Corporate practice at the Associate to Principal Associate level. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions, strategic advisory, and corporate structuring for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on M&A transactions, due diligence, and structuring.

- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and investment agreements.

- Handling general corporate advisory matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, financial advisors, and counterparties.

- Managing deal execution and ensuring smooth transaction closures.

Key Requirements:

- Law degree from a reputed institution.

- 2-8 years of experience in Corporate M&A/General Corporate at a top-tier or well-regarded law firm.

- Candidates must have prior experience working in law firms only.

- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
