About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager to oversee contract deviations, lead claims resolution, approve repair budgets, and maintain transparent customer communications.
- You'll manage the post-award phase of contracts, ensuring compliance, budget control, and smooth stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management:
- Identify and document deviations from contract T&Cs (variation, delay, damage, idle time, escalation, etc.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize claims with customers.
- Implement contract amendments reflecting agreed claim terms.
Repair Budget Approval:
- Analyze and authorize budgets for repair work.
- Monitor actual expenses versus approved budgets for cost control.
Customer Communication:
- Proactively update customers about contract deviations and resolutions.
- Collaborate with site teams to collect inputs for contractual correspondence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong track record in claims preparation, negotiation, and contract amendments.
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and enforce compliance throughout contract implementation.
Education: Tech in Civil Engineering.
