About the Role:
Contify is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market narrative and drive persona-focused positioning that powers demand generation, sales enablement, and product launches across the M&CI category.
This is not an execution heavy demand gen role.
You will lead the story, structure the messaging architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure our platform resonates with every persona- from PMMs and CI leads to Strategy and Risk stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Narrative Development:
- Define and evolve Contify's differentiated market positioning for M&CI.
- Craft persona-specific messaging frameworks and battlecards (Strategy, CI, PMM, Risk).
- Translate win/loss insights and competitor shifts into updated messaging.
Persona & Use Case Mapping:
- Build deep, validated persona profiles across industries (IT/ITES, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
- Partner with Solutions and CS to extract signal-rich customer insights.
- Prioritize and align use cases with buying stages and segment needs.
Enablement (Sales + Demand Gen):
- Create value-based talk tracks and objection maps for SDR/AE teams.
- Write messaging briefs for campaign owners, LPs, and trial flows.
- Provide strategic input to content team (not execute).
GTM Intelligence:
- Lead persona retrospectives and message testing sessions.
- Review funnel reports with Marketing Ops to spot message friction.
- Influence roadmap positioning with Product & Solutions leadership.
Team Collaboration:
- Mentor junior PMMs on messaging best practices and brief writing.
- Be a voice of GTM alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
You're a Fit If You:
- Have 6-8+ years of true product marketing experience (not growth ops).
- Have built persona stories, messaging architectures, and sales enablement.
- Are confident translating customer insight into compelling narratives.
- Understand how to work with content, demand gen, and SDRs- without doing their jobs.
- Have worked on win/loss or CI-led go-to-market programs before.
