Role Overview:
- As a TA consultant with SoDo, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening IT and non-IT talent for our clients.
- You'll collaborate with our team and clients to ensure the right fit between candidates and roles, contributing to the success of businesses across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Job posting, Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and source IT professionals using a variety of recruitment platforms and job portals like Linkedin and Wellfound.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist qualified candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and suitability for specific client roles.
- Candidate Management & Interview Coordinations: Coordinate and schedule shortlisted candidates interviews, take strong and pro active follow-ups to ensure candidates are well engaged with us.
Requirements:.
- Excellent communication, convinciing and negotiation skills.
- 5+ years of experience with recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT and non-IT roles, technologies, and skills.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills using platforms like LinkedIn, wellfound and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Meet or exceed monthly placement targets.
