Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with a global team of consultants, and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies
- Exposure to work with global clients in industries e.g., Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity et al
- Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidate information sources, analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data, present interpretations to the project team, and provide recommendations to global clientele
- Devise corporate/ business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business war gaming, and screen M&A targets
- Communicate effectively with the senior leadership and the clients by playing an active role in firm building initiatives
- Sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and have a cross industry exposure
- Ability to interact with confidence and handle CEOs/ CXOs/ client executives independently
- Exemplary Communication (verbal and written) & Presentation skills
- Strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner & go-getter
- Should have keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting
- Excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research.
- Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work with in a team
- Exposure in International client's geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favorably

Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institution
- 2-14 years of experience in consulting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Passion for learning and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
