About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Consultant to join our client's team, based in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management, Assessments, and Learning & Development (L&D). This role will focus on designing and delivering strategic HR solutions for clients, while also managing end-to-end client relationships and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Delivery:

- Design and deliver L&D programs, corporate training, and intervention strategies in alignment with client needs.

- Lead OD interventions, change management initiatives, and culture transformation programs.

- Conduct talent assessments, develop succession planning frameworks, and support leadership development.

- Facilitate interviewing skills workshops, selection assessments, and development centers.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to execution and follow-up.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers including CHROs, CTOs, CFOs, and Directors.

- Understand client pain points and offer customized consulting solutions.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the HR consulting and training space.

- Pitch a broad range of services, including L&D, corporate training, OD consulting, certifications, and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate training, HR consulting, or organization development.

- Proven experience in talent assessments, learning design, and facilitation.

- Experience with assessment tools (certification in psychometric or behavioral assessments preferred).

- Strong command of written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a consulting environment.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Certification in one or more of the following:

- Psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, DISC)

- Coaching (ICF/EMCC, etc.)

- OD methodologies

- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
