Consultant - SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting; CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA).

- Participate in at least one full-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Perform gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and support activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and interface integrations.

- Assist in month-end/year-end closing processes and reporting requirements.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve end-user issues effectively.

- Ensure SAP best practices are followed and documentation is maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA platform.

- Minimum one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project completed.

- In-depth knowledge of financial and controlling business processes.

- Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP FICO Certification

- Experience in a global rollout or support environment

- Exposure to tools like Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP Activate Methodology
