- Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for the mandates
- Proactively identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
- Developing market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- Providing strategic solutions based on the analysis of the clients' business services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to close sales and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and timely conflict resolution.
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets for the sales department.
- Participating in team meetings to align strategies and goals.
- Tier 1/ Tier 2 MBA's only
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions to meet client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in a sales role within the business services industry.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
