Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact, organization-wide process excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Conduct entitlement studies and re-engineer processes to streamline workflows
- Analyze business metrics to uncover insights and drive operational excellence
- Act as a change agent across cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Own the full lifecycle of projects: opportunity identification, business case creation, BRD drafting, development support, UAT, and deployment
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training and collaboration
- Manage projects with precision-prioritizing, resourcing, and making practical business decisions
- Conduct interviews to uncover pain points and ideate solutions through strategic questioning.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience in Process Excellence roles
- Minimum 3 years in software product development and implementation
- Proven success in end-to-end project management
- Skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Exposure to RPA projects; experience with UiPath is a plus
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in drafting business documents and negotiation
- Familiarity with QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma, and dashboard visualization
- Conceptual thinker with a knack for strategic planning and complex problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with process tools like Design Thinking, Lean, VSM, and Process Modelling.
