Job Title: Contact Access Equity Research

Location: Bangalore

Department: Equity Research

US SHIFTS:: 5:30PM -2:30 AM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Equity Research team in a Contact Access role. The individual will be responsible for facilitating engagement between our research analysts and industry experts, corporate executives, and other external stakeholders. The role requires strong stakeholder management, organizational, and compliance awareness skills to ensure seamless access while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate expert interactions, company access, industry conferences, non-deal roadshows, and corporate events for the Equity Research team.

- Serve as the central point of contact for corporate investor relations teams, expert networks, and external vendors.

- Partner closely with research analysts to identify access needs and develop engagement strategies.

- Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies, research independence guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II).

- Track, monitor, and report on corporate access activities, providing insights and feedback to senior management.

- Support the planning and execution of thematic events, expert calls, and sector-specific access opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate access, equity research support, investor relations, or client engagement within financial services.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, equity research processes, and regulatory considerations (MiFID II, SEC guidelines, etc.).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters) preferred.
