Job Role:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Experience to work with subject matter experts and identifying target audiences training needs
- Ability to apply instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Solid knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem -solving environment.
- This job requires to define learning objectives and accordingly deliver Instructional design content
- Ability to work with authoring tools
- Ability to design and development of training material, preferably for application training (SAP, Oracle, other ERPs)
- Ability to author content using various authoring tools: Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline
- Ability to design content for WBTs, concept videos, application simulations, and ILTs
- Experienced in creating concept video storyboarding and voice over scripts
