Internal Auditor Consultant / DM / Manager

Location : Mumbai, India

About the Role:

- We have an urgent opening for an Internal Auditor at the Consultant, Deputy Manager (DM), or Manager level.

- We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Internal Audit within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector.

- The ideal candidate will have prior experience from a Big 4 firm or a similar consulting environment and be available to join immediately or within a short notice period of 30-45 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans for banking and financial services clients.

- Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize audit areas.

- Perform detailed audits of financial records, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.

- Communicate audit results to senior management and stakeholders.

- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and control weaknesses.

Compliance & Advisory: Ensure all audit activities comply with regulatory requirements (e. , RBI, SEBI).

- Provide advisory services to clients on internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.

- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Relevant experience in internal auditing within the Banking & Financial Services sector.

- Background: Must have prior experience from a Big 4 or similar reputable firm.

- Availability: Ability to join immediately or within a 30-45 day notice period is a must.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk management principles.

- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
