Procurement Specialist/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic and operational procurement activities across multiple categories.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor bank, ensuring consistent supply and competitive pricing.
- Evaluate and suggest buy vs. hire decisions based on cost-benefit analysis.
- Manage procurement of office admin supplies including F&B, stationery, hygiene products, signage, etc.
- Conduct NPV (Net Present Value) analysis for high-value procurement decisions.
- Set up tools/systems to record, compare, and evaluate quotations efficiently.
- Ensure quality controls and adherence to regulatory requirements across procurement categories.
- Negotiate best deals for travel-related procurements, including car hire and air tickets.
- Support pharma-related procurement with accurate and timely sourcing.
- Estimate and control transportation costs, leveraging knowledge of Indian geography.
- Draft and review vendor contracts, ensuring favorable and compliant clauses.
- Ensure that procurement supports overall customer satisfaction through reliable and quality-driven sourcing.
- Create, maintain, and publish procurement MIS for internal reporting and stakeholder communication.
Key Attributes & Skills:- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management tools and platforms.
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets for procurement analysis and modeling.
