Role Overview:

Were looking for a data-driven Growth Manager who can build and scale lifecycle journeys that improve adoption, retention, and user outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing, product, and operations ideal for someone who enjoys owning the user funnel end to end and influencing business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute lifecycle strategies (across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app) that drive user activation, repeat usage, and long-term engagement

- Use cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and behavioral segmentation to identify drop-offs and opportunities for intervention

- Develop and run experiments (A/B tests, channel mixes, messaging variants) to continuously optimize campaign performance

- Work closely with ops, product, and account management to align initiatives with enterprise success metrics

- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor utilization trends and campaign effectiveness at a user and account level

- Surface user insights to inform service personalization, bundled offerings, and timely nudges across key health moments

- Own and evolve the CLM (customer lifecycle management) playbook across multiple service lines and geographies

What Were Looking For:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, user growth, CRM, or performance marketing preferably in a consumer-tech, healthtech, or B2C setting

- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like SQL, Mixpanel, Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar

- Proven ability to translate user data into structured, multi-step campaigns that drive engagement

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning growth levers with business goals

- Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn approach

- Passion for improving user outcomes through proactive, meaningful communication
