Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

- Anticipate potential risks, establish mitigation strategies, and resolve issues at a senior level.

- Monitor project progress through advanced tools, performance metrics, and reporting systems.

- Present regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and industry standards.

- Mentor, guide, and inspire project managers and team members to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).

- 10-15 years of proven leadership experience in project management and delivery.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex projects with multi-stakeholder involvement.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

- Expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
