Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Gurugram

Education: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science graduates preferred); a master's degree is optional.

Experience: 3-5 years in IT sales, business development, or a related field.

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the IT and cloud services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, key account management, and cloud computing, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and cloud services sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify industry trends and customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and engineering, to enhance business growth strategies.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Maintain a deep understanding of cloud computing solutions, particularly AWS, to effectively position offerings to clients.

- Travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or key account management.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, with familiarity in AWS preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
