
Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Manager to ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- The role involves developing compliance frameworks, monitoring adherence, mitigating risks, and guiding the business on regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (labour laws, IT regulations, data protection, corporate governance, etc.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and internal reviews to monitor compliance effectiveness.
- Ensure all business units follow compliance standards consistently.
- Draft and update compliance policies, SOPs, and manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for employees on compliance, ethics, and legal obligations.
- Support management in driving a culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.
- Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Act as the point of contact for regulators, auditors, and legal authorities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to ensure business practices comply with regulations.
- Support IT and cybersecurity teams in ensuring data protection, privacy, and IT security compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.
- Advise leadership on ethical practices and compliance risks in decision-making.
