Compliance Consultant - BFS - CS/LLB

- Qualified CS and LLB.

- Experienced in ROC compliances for LLP and Pvt Ltd.

- Knowledge of AIF compliances is a plus.

- Proficient in agreement drafting and interpretation of documents from portfolio companies (e.g., SHA, DOA).

- Understanding of Purchase Agreements and SSA's for a Private Equity/VC.

- Capable of summarizing requests from portfolio companies for the investment team's sign-off.

- Experienced in drafting various compliance policies for AIF.
