Compensation & Benefits:
- Design various compensation structures within the overall compensation philosophy of the Company in line with market practices for different business verticals
Design of incentive plans:
- Run project for benchmarking of organization structure and compensation structure with competition.
- Design and implementation of KPIs for different verticals & performance tracking
- Annual compensation review & assessment process of the Company including ESOPs management
Managing Compensation audits:
- Manpower budgeting, redeployment & realignment initiatives
- Manage statutory & board compliances
- Review & upgrade HR policies and process manual and adapt the same in HRMS.
- Drive the process re-alignment for performance management and salary revision processes.
- Ensure timely systematic execution of ESOPs grants as per policy.
