Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and design incentive programs to ensure competitive pay structures.

- Collaborate with global teams to align regional compensation and benefits practices with international standards.

- Provide insights on market trends, salary structures, and employee benefit programs to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to compensation and benefits.

- Manage data analysis for compensation reviews, bonus planning, and salary adjustments.

- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to develop competitive total rewards packages.

- Develop communication strategies to effectively convey benefits offerings to employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of global compensation practices and market trends.

- Expertise in salary benchmarking tools and frameworks.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
