About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager - Mobilization & Operations to lead the planning, execution, and governance of new site mobilizations across regions. The role involves managing end-to-end mobilization (12-15 sites per region), establishing operational processes, aligning with client expectations, and ensuring a seamless transition into steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mobilization & Transition: Lead the mobilization of 12-15 sites per region, managing direct teams (Scoping Chef & Scoping Manager) and building new teams for each project.

- Process & Governance: Establish SOPs and ensure adherence to operational checklists.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations.

- Client Engagement: Own client interactions, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery.

- Operational Planning: Drive the planning, execution, and review of mobilization projects.

- Team Setup & Leadership: Hire, train, and manage site-level teams for each mobilization project.

- Performance Metrics: Ensure profitability (P&L) within defined budgets and maintain consumer experience standards.

Key Success Metrics:

- P&L performance in line with budget targets

- Customer experience scores aligned with company standards

- Process establishment and adherence to operational governance checklist

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in managing high-volume operations

- Sectoral Background: Experience in Hotels, QSR, Facility Management, or similar sectors; exposure to pre-opening, NSO (New Store Opening), or pre-launch is preferred
