Job Description We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our corporate team. This is a high-responsibility role with end-to-end ownership of secretarial and regulatory compliance functions, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities: - Manage statutory filings, disclosures, and documentation under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. - Maintain statutory registers; draft resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes. - Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), insider trading norms, and ROC filings. - Oversee FEMA-related compliances including ODI filings and RBI submissions. - Prepare Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, and other disclosures. - Liaise with MCA, SEBI, RBI; manage responses to notices and audits. - Advise on governance, legal updates, and risk mitigation. - Strengthen internal compliance systems and drive accurate KPI reporting. Qualifications: - CS (ICSI) and LLB - Experience in corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance - Proficient in MS Office - Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to collaborate across teams and manage external stakeholder interactions
