Must have - Passed the final of the Company Secretary Exam.
Work Experience in the corporate/government sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Legal Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Corporate Governance: Advising the board of directors on matters of corporate governance and best practices.
- Shareholder Relations: Managing communication and interactions with shareholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of company documents, minutes of meetings, and other relevant information.
- Board Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating board meetings, ensuring proper documentation and minutes.
- Regulatory Filings: Preparing and filing statutory returns and other required documents with regulatory bodies.
- Registered Office Administration: Establishing and maintaining the company's registered office and ensuring procedures for public inspection of company documents.
- Strategic Planning and Business Strategy: Assisting with strategic planning and business strategy
