- Lead integrated communication and marketing strategies for internal and external audiences, strengthening the talent experience and RSM's employer brand in India, aligned with firm priorities and brand voice.
- Inspire, inform and engage our people while reinforcing RSM's strategy, culture and leadership visibility.
- Build corporate reputation through powerful brand storytelling, recruitment marketing and PR.
- Drive localized plans and content across channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channel performance and campaign effectiveness.
Communication acceleration center (CAC) - 35%
- Oversee India-based CAC operations, ensuring seamless alignment, delivery excellence and measurable impact.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, resourcing and development for a high-performing communication team.
- Manage workflows, timelines and quality standards; introduce process improvements for scalability.
- Apply analytics and feedback to refine strategies, elevate quality and boost efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture rooted in feedback, mentorship and global best practices.
Continuous improvement - 10%
- Use metrics and assessments to enhance practices, productivity and results.
- Leverage technology/AI and insights to strengthen processes and outcomes.
Stakeholder management - 5%
- Act as a trusted communication advisor to India and enterprise leaders.
- Build strong partnerships across teams, enabling alignment and effective execution.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED OR PREFERRED): Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS (REQUIRED OR PREFERRED):

- Proven track record of sound judgment in managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED):
Requires:
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communications/marketing strategies for a global or matrixed organization.
- Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, with operations oversight.
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in AI tools, digital communication platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools.
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics and insights to improve communication impact.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS (REQUIRED OR PREFERRED):
