Boutique Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the commercial and operational functions of the boutique, ensuring smooth day-to-day store management.
- Manage inventory control, including stock inward/outward, transfers, and system updates.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and report discrepancies with accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with finance and merchandising teams for stock valuations and compliance.
- Ensure effective cash handling, billing processes, and daily reconciliation.
- Monitor and maintain store documentation inward registers, damage reports, gold & diamond stock records, etc.
- Support boutique management in achieving commercial KPIs and compliance standards.
- Train and guide staff on operational best practices and SOP adherence.
Candidate Requirements :
- 4 to 6 years of experience in boutique/store operations, ideally in luxury jewellery, watches, or premium fashion retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and audit procedures.
- Proficient in billing/inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing high-value inventory.
- Good communication and coordination skills for internal team and vendor interactions.
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
