A leading global FMCG giant is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager for their Consumer Products Division.
Responsible for Sales Team Excellence and Communication in the traditional trade channel
Key responsibilities:
1) GT RTM Strategy:
- Development of the channel's GTM Strategy to ensure best in class availability, visibility, and implementation
2) Sales Excellence and Capability Building:
- Tracking and Analysis of sales KPI and lead indicators for efficiency and subsequent progress in business delivery.
- Identify gap areas to optimize footprint and improve efficiency and productivity on ground.
- Designing and implementation of the right Rewards and Recognition structure and parameters for the teams in the channel keeping in mind parity between stakeholders.
3) Insights and Analytics:
- Provide key insights on data, operations, concerns faced in the field and provide recommendations to help resolve the same.
- Evaluate and benchmark against best practices in the industry and design similar initiatives to improve sales teams engagement.
- Optimization of the right MIS tools, reports & dashboards to assist effective & efficient decision making by leadership.
- Enable, mentor and develop direct and indirect teams' members for higher-order future opportunities in the organization
- Contribute in showcasing strategic interventions to zone counterparts and replicating global success stories as case be.
4) Stakeholder Management
- Be the single source for all internal communication and messaging that goes out to all field teams.
- Initiate and own team building initiatives within BPBD, to keep teams together.
- Track and publish data related to all internal contests and engagement activities for managers and executives.
