
- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Prospect, pitch, and convert new clients from the US market, focusing exclusively on CPL campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, agencies, and advertisers to ensure repeat
business.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business updates with clients.
Campaign Management & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, and marketing) to set up and optimize CPL campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns meet client expectations in terms of quality, volume, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements for scaling.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with industry trends, US lead generation practices, and competitor activities in the CPL space.
- Provide insights to refine offerings, pricing strategies, and positioning.
Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Track key metrics such as lead quality, CPL rates, conversion ratios, and client retention.
- Prepare and present regular business reports to management.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship (if applicable)
- Guide and support junior BD executives in client outreach and deal closures.
- Share best practices for US sales and CPL-specific client management.
Key Requirements
- The candidate must have prior exposure to performance marketing / lead generation partnerships, specifically within the CPL (Cost Per Lead) model.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management in the US market.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, etc.
- Excellent track record in closing deals, negotiating contracts, and scaling client partnerships.
- Ability to prospect, pitch, and convert new business opportunities in the digital advertising/lead generation ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in campaign coordination, delivery monitoring, and troubleshooting for CPL campaigns
