Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and support scalability and growth.
- Oversee the design and implementation of efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Set comprehensive performance goals and KPIs for operational teams and monitor progress regularly.
- Lead cross-functional teams across departments such as logistics, customer service, procurement, compliance, etc.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across all operational functions.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle crisis management and risk mitigation planning.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven track record (15+ years) in progressively senior operational roles, preferably with multi-functional oversight.
- Strong understanding of operational performance metrics, systems thinking, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, tight timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Experience with digital transformation, ERP systems, or operational automation is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement experience
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
