- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
- Review resumes, conduct telephonic or video screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications based on role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and dashboards as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in tech/non-tech hiring, corporate, or start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with ATS platforms, Excel, and sourcing tools
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR
