Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Manager to lead strategy, implementation, and delivery of multi-channel marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a strong background in digital marketing, and proven leadership in managing complex enterprise-level marketing automation projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for enabling customer engagement, journey orchestration, and personalization at scale.


Key Responsibilities


- Own end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation and delivery, including strategic planning, design, development, and execution.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising SFMC developers, consultants, and marketers.

- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and business teams to align marketing automation solutions with organizational goals.

- Architect scalable, personalized customer journeys across channels: email, SMS, push, web, and social.

- Define and enforce best practices for data segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance.

- Oversee integration with Salesforce CRM, external data platforms (CDPs, DMPs), and third-party systems.

- Ensure compliance with global data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.

- Drive continuous optimization through data analytics, campaign reporting, and journey effectiveness.

- Develop reusable templates, components, and standards to scale marketing operations.

- Support pre-sales activities and thought leadership in marketing technology strategy.


Required Skills and Qualifications


- 15-17 years of total experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.

- Strong understanding of AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, data extensions, and relational databases.

- Proven experience in integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, and external data sources.

- Experience managing large enterprise clients, preferably in sectors like BFSI, retail, or healthcare.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Educational Qualification


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
