We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Transformation Manager to lead strategic HR change initiatives and drive digital transformation within the HR function.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR operating models, processes, and technology platforms to help modernize and streamline HR service delivery, aligning HR strategies with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR transformation programs, including process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational redesign.
- Assess current HR processes, structures, and systems; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business priorities.
- Define and implement HR operating models, shared services, and centers of excellence.
- Manage change management, communication, and training strategies to support transformation success.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging HR trends, workforce analytics, and employee experience.
- Measure success through defined KPIs and metrics tied to HR efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
- Ensure project governance, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR consulting, or strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR domains: talent management, payroll, compensation & benefits, L&D, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Proven experience in HR systems implementation or optimization (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Experience with process mapping, design thinking, and business process reengineering.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
