We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Employee Experience & Event Manager to lead initiatives that enhance the workplace culture, employee engagement, and internal communications. This role blends event management, culture building, internal branding, and HR collaboration to ensure employees are motivated, connected, and aligned with the companys mission. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with proven experience in crafting memorable employee experiences and managing end-to-end internal events.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design and execute innovative programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


- Develop and manage the employee lifecycle experience (onboarding to exit) ensuring consistent quality and emotional connection at each stage.


- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and recommend strategic actions.


- Partner with HRBP and internal teams to align experiences with business and people goals.


- Plan, execute, and evaluate internal events including but not limited to Town halls, offsites, team-building activities, etc.


- Work closely with vendors, creative teams, and leadership to deliver high-impact events within budget.


- Ensure seamless logistics, from venue selection to event marketing, catering, AV setup, and feedback collection.


- Collaborate with internal communications to promote events, initiatives, and success stories.


- Develop content, visuals, and campaigns that reflect company culture and values.


- Manage digital engagement platforms (Intranet, Slack, Workplace, etc.) and create interactive employee touchpoints.


- Launch and support D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives, wellness programs, and volunteering drives.


- Act as a culture ambassador and advise on tone, traditions, and team morale.


Requirements:


- MBA in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory).


- Minimum 5 years in employee engagement, internal events, corporate communications, or culture-

building roles.


- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.


- Strong project management and organizational skills.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


- Creative thinking with attention to detail.


- Budget planning and vendor negotiation expertise.


- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Canva, Trello/Asana, Zoom/WebEx, and event tech platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Exposure to hybrid or remote employee engagement strategies.


- Certification in Event Management / Internal Communications is a plus.


- Experience in MNC or fast-paced startup environments.
