Major Accountabilities:
- Analyze existing finance processes within the ERPLN system and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Document and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Provide day-to-day functional support to finance users, resolving issues and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Configure ERPLN Finance modules based on business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Chart of Accounts, Fixed Asset Management, Cash Management, GST taxation/India Localization, Export-Import Finance, Line of Credit, and Treasury (Electronic bank statement processing).
- Ensure configurations align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in 2-4 end-to-end ERPLN implementations, including business process mapping, re-engineering, conference room piloting, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Work with Webservices, Interfaces, and 3rd party software integrations.
- Analyze business and technology requirements and translate them into application functionalities, including user interfaces, workflows, business process management, and reports.
- Develop functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Develop, customize, and debug issues to support day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to ERPLN Finance.
Essential Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in ERPLN Finance within the Automobile or Discrete Manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Finance Master Data and core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury, GST, etc.
- Proven experience in configuring ERPLN Finance modules.
- Experience with 2-4 end-to-end ERPLN implementations.
- Strong understanding of Webservices, Interfaces, and 3rd party software integration.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into application functionalities.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations support.
- 5+ years of relevant ERPLN functional experience.
- Strong capability in Development, Customization, and debugging the issue to support day-to-day operations.
- Experience with India Localization is a must.
- Expertise in Treasury - Electronic bank statement processing.
- Experience with Export import finance and Line of credit.
- Exposure to other ERPLN modules (Logistics/Manufacturing).
- Experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Fluency in English and Hindi language.

Education/Qualifications: B Tech / Postgraduate in Computer Applications, MBA
