Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST - EST/PST Coverage)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst CPQ to join our team and support our Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives.

- This role will focus on aligning processes with our future-state vision and delivering progressive capabilities in each release.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and experience with Salesforce CPQ.

- You will collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Senior Analysts, and US counterparts to ensure seamless execution and drive operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead business requirement gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with subject matter experts.

- Refine and document business needs, ensuring clarity and completeness.

- Maintain a comprehensive repository of business rules and process flows.

- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, documenting key decisions and tracking follow-ups.

- Ensure alignment among stakeholders, including Functional Leads, Senior Analysts, and US counterparts.

- Proactively engage with stakeholders to drive project success.

- Work closely with Technical Architects and Product Managers to design and implement scalable, future-focused solutions.

- Optimize quoting, renewals, and contract management processes to drive operational efficiency.

- Manage project escalations and track requirement delivery.

- Monitor cross-functional dependencies and provide regular status updates.

- Work with training specialists on change management materials.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for QTC systems and processes, particularly Salesforce CPQ.

- Support UAT and ad-hoc reporting activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of business analysis experience.

- Business analysis experience is preferred.

- Experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is mandatory.

- Strong business analysis skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to facilitate workshops and lead meetings.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Must be able to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) to provide EST/PST coverage.
