- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager - Sales (ESG/Sustainability) to join our dynamic sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong capability to meet assigned sales targets by directly closing sales deals with customers.
- Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability concepts will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record in software sales (SaaS/Technology Sales) and the ability to quickly learn new domains, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct client engagement.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to drive lead generation and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customer organizations at various levels through in-person meetings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and live demonstrations in collaboration with the business development team.
- Regularly present CogniTensor's solutions to prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that align with customer requirements and budgets while ensuring profitability.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term business relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers for business growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with actions and report to senior management in weekly meetings.
