Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.
- Strengthen the agency's employer brand to attract top industry talent.
- Employee Engagement & Culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to a creative workforce.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Drive team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance.
- Oversee HR policies, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment in creative/advertising domains.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
