- Position Summary The Account Specialist will act as a key liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client deliverables.
-You will be responsible for managing communications, aligning project timelines, and delivering work that meets both client expectations and strategic goals.

- Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams-creative, strategy, digital, and production-to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Display campaigns.
- Briefing & Documentation: Translate client requirements into actionable briefs; maintain trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they align with client goals and brand guidelines before final submission.
- Problem Solving: Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism and speed, escalating issues when required.
- Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, or project coordination-preferably in a digital or integrated agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Passion for advertising, branding, and storytelling.
