About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms.
- The ideal candidate will bring 8-11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)
- Oversee and guide internal teams - creative, strategy, media, digital, and production
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth
- Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 8-11 years of experience in client servicing within a reputed advertising agency
- Strong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision
