About the Opportunity

We are building a dynamic and growth-focused NBFC platform with a strong play in Loan Against Property (LAP), Loan Against Shares (LAS), Equipment Financing, and Promoter Financing.

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lending business, managing banking relationships, driving credit structuring, and scaling operations in line with ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Banking Relationships:

- Secure debt funding from banks and financial institutions.

- Negotiate loan terms, interest structures, and repayment schedules.

Corporate Lending & Structuring:

- Deploy funds via LAS, LAP, Equipment Financing, and Promoter Financing.

- Drive corporate and listed company loan structuring.

- Develop innovative financing solutions to balance risk and returns.

Execution & Compliance:

- Oversee all legal, compliance, and documentation processes for loan execution.

- Ensure seamless execution of paperwork and agreements.

- Manage refunds/closures of loans post maturity.

Strategic Growth Initiatives:

- Drive expansion plans, including the potential listing of the NBFC on NSE.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company's growth vision.

Profile Requirements

- 12-20 years of experience in NBFCs, Corporate Lending, or Structured Finance.

- Strong expertise in LAS, LAP, Equipment Financing, and Promoter Funding.

- Proven track record of raising funds from banks and deploying into corporate/structured lending.

- Excellent negotiation skills, with strong networks in banks, corporates, and listed companies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to take ownership as a Co-Founder.

We are open to candidates currently based in other cities who can operate in a dual-city model (50% Kolkata, 50% own city).
