Coforge is seeking a high-impact, visionary Data Solutions Sales Leader to drive our data transformation agenda across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep technical expertise in data architecture and a proven ability to lead consultative, value-driven engagements across industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on technologist and a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Coforge's Data & AI offerings across Singapore, Thailand, and broader APAC

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships

- Align sales initiatives with Coforge's global data vision and regional business objectives

Consultative Solution Selling:

- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data challenges and architect tailored solutions across

- Data Architecture & Engineering

- Data Warehousing & Data Lakes

- Data Governance & Quality

- Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence

- Lead complex sales cycles with a focus on business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes

Client & Partner Engagement:

- Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders

- Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), partners to co-develop and co-sell data solutions

Solution Development & Delivery Collaboration:

- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape winning proposals and ensure seamless execution

- Provide strategic input into solution design, pricing, and delivery models

Pipeline & Forecast Management:

- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal progression

- Leverage CRM tools and analytics to drive data-driven sales decisions

Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence:

- Represent Coforge at industry events, client roundtables, and executive briefings

- Stay ahead of APAC market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioning

Role Competency:

- Experience: 18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 7+ years in data solutions leadership roles

- Technical Depth: Strong hands-on understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms

- Industry Exposure: Proven success selling into BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in APAC

- Geographic Expertise: Deep familiarity with the business and regulatory environments in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc

- Partnerships: Experience working with cloud providers, data platform vendors, and consulting partners

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, consultative, and outcome-driven with a passion for innovation and client success

- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar data transformation deals and build long-term client relationships
