Job Overview:

- We are seeking a Presales Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

- This role requires a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, data integration, and data governance, along with excellent communication skills.

- As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of MDM solutions.

- Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures.

- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and align solutions to their needs.

- Work with technical teams to design and recommend the best MDM, data governance, and data quality solutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

- Provide insights on MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP Master Data Governance, etc., to support sales discussions.

- Assist in developing proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate technical capabilities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

MDM Tools & Technologies: Knowledge of Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP Master Data Governance is a plus.

Data Expertise: A strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data governance, and data quality is highly desirable.

Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution-Oriented Thinking: Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Client Engagement: Experience in handling presales discussions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.

Proposal & Documentation: Strong ability to create technical proposals, RFPs, and solution documents.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business.

Qualification:

- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, especially for candidates with a business-oriented approach to presales, customer engagement, and solution consulting.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science) is also acceptable.

- Candidates with a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and Data Quality will have an added advantage.

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales within the data management, IT, or enterprise software domain.

- Hands-on experience with MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or SAP Master Data Governance is a plus.

- A strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data quality, and data governance is highly desirable.

- Prior experience in engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing RFP responses, and working with technical teams is preferred.
