Compensation : 5% Equity-Only

Title : Co-Founder (CMO)

Note : This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role for a visionary leader passionate about edtech. The ideal candidate will be ready to build from the ground up and commit fully to scaling the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Oversee all marketing operations and provide sales with effective content and proposals to support their efforts.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team as the company expands.

Strategic Planning & Partnerships:

- Lead strategic planning for international expansion, new business models, and market entry.

- Forge and maintain key strategic partnerships with colleges, corporations, and technology platforms.

- Collaborate with co-founders on fundraising, including creating investor decks and pitch strategies.

- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on the edtech landscape and competitor benchmarks.

Financial & Analytical Skills:

- Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

- Education: A background from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIT/IIM or an equivalent top-tier background).

- Experience: Proven startup experience or a track record of high-growth execution in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional skills in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.

- Financial Modeling: Strong financial modeling skills for evaluating opportunities.

- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and track KPIs to inform strategy.

- Commitment: A hands-on, passionate, and fully committed approach to building and scaling a company.

Desirable:

- Edtech Expertise: A strong understanding of the edtech landscape, digital platforms, and competitor benchmarks.

- Sales & Partnerships: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for forging impactful partnerships.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIT, IIM, or equivalent)
